Due to continued growth in EMEA, we are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team. This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager, looking to step up, who has solid experience in the Channel to work with top tier clients such as Dell, Google and Microsoft. Reporting to the Client Director you will be instrumental in maintaining and growing OneAffiniti’s existing relationships and creating new business opportunities.



  • Take ownership of your client account relationships, day-to-day decisions and be responsible for their level of satisfaction
  • Work with the Client Director to develop strategic growth plans for your assigned clients
  • Take ownership of your client account quarterly sales targets
  • Ability to motivate internal team members to deliver to your client’s expectations
  • Maintain a strategic relationship with the key marketing and sales stakeholders within the client – up to the executive level
  • Support on the preparation of proposals and client pitches
  • Support the Client director with quoting, forecasting and revenue management
  • Assist with the creation of strategy and idea development
  • Work with the internal team, as well as clients, to develop innovative solutions that support our clients’ business
  • Build and maintain timelines to ensure expectations are clear and OneAffiniti continue to deliver onetime and within budget
  • Ensure your portfolio of clients have a healthy P&L
  • Support the Client Director with Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Lead your client account bi-weekly updates
  • Based on analysed campaign results, draw conclusions, and proactively make recommendations to optimize client’s programs
  • Manage and resolve challenging requests and difficult clients to gain respect at all levels
  • Work closely with your Client Director to ensure OneAffiniti is recognised as an expert in data and insights-driven channel partner marketing


Skills and Competencies

  • Competent working knowledge of Google, Microsoft and Salesforce applications preferred
  • Ideally, although not essential you will be well-travelled and have strong geographical knowledge
  • Ability to work independently whilst flexible enough to thrive in a start-up environment
  • An appetite for the latest trends in marketing
