OneAffiniti is looking for a Content Strategist in our Austin, TX office. We work with the world’s largest tech companies and serve more than 3,500 channel partners globally. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the content strategy and creation for our demand generation campaigns to grow and retain our channel partner network.  You should be experienced in content development, and marketing automation. Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Develop campaign strategies and plans by meeting with partner audience, sales teams, performing industry research, and studying performance data of past content 
  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to grow and retain our channel partner programs globally 
  • Create and write compelling content   
  • Create lead magnets, run webinars and develop other various collateral to generate  MQLs and SQLs 
  • Own and manage the content roadmap for our partner audience including blog, newsletters, videos, guides, website, webinars and other initiatives 
  • Manage the daily activities of content development including copywriting, editing and publishing posts 
  • Research and develop detailed content briefs for writers 
  • Copy editing and proofreading to ensure regional and cultural dialects for ANZ and UK audiences 
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year 
  • Develop partner personas, voice and tone guide for stakeholders 
  • Manage global and regional partner marketing campaigns in our marketing automation platform (Pardot)  
  • Use various tracking tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to measure the health and effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Help communicate Partner Marketing Team initiatives, priorities and project status with global teams 
  • Drive content input workshops and strategic recommendations with partner-facing teams and partner audiences 
  • Create, lead and manage content experiments 
  • Develop insightful content reports and present to internal teams 

 

Requirements and Qualifications 

  • 2 – 4 years of relevant marketing experience, B2B preferred 
  • Experience developing content for demand gen activities like webinars and developing lead magnets 
  • Strong skills in creating original content across various channels that target a specific niche audience 
  • Proven experience proof reading and editing copy 
  • Storyteller: you have run educational webinars and can break down complex ideas to be enticing to your target audience 
  • Analytical: You know how to use analytics to assess content performance 
  • Stakeholder management: Experience working closely with sales teams, including joint planning and execution, driving disciplined lead follow-up, and earning trust as a strategic business partner 
  • Technical: Familiarity with WordPress (HTML, CSS) and marketing automation platforms like Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo 
  • Familiarity with CRMs and data compliance laws like CAN-SPAM/CASL/GDPR 
  • Relevant B2B industry experience would be a strong advantage 
  • Independent and ability to take ownership of tasks  
  • Creative and strategic thinker with ability to ask smart, strategic questions and deliver recommendations 
  • Superior communication and organization skills
